ANGELS OF GUNG-HO, TORK, BABES ARE WOLVES In our chat with AU Review deputy editor Sose Fuamoli last week, she noted Angels Of Gung-Ho as one of her favourite local bands. Lucky for all of you that had an interest spark, they are playing their first headlining show in almost a year this Saturday night.
VINYL GRAND PREVIEW SOIREE Yay! A new west-end live music venue! Bodhi Thomas and Theo Campbell have transformed a Renew Adelaide space for us, and just in time for the upcoming festive season. How lovely of them.
THE PORCH SESSIONS End of year project turned award winning initiative The Porch Sessions is back for 2015, hooray!
If you haven't heard of this music series, then you have been living under a rock. Basically it's like Pimp My Ride, but instead of a Xzibit putting an excessive number of TVs in your boot, it's Sharni Honor filling peoples yards with persian throw rugs, teepees and the best folk acts getting around.
This week features The Pierce Brothers, Maggie Rutjens & James Abberly and is located at a secret garden. Unfortunately for non-tickets holders, this one is sold out. As were all previous, and the upcoming installment featuring local guru Timberwolf.
You snooze you lose.
Tickets: SOLD OUT
