And the nominees are..
Words by Courtney Duka
In the lead up to the ceremony on November 11th, this week the nominations for the South Australian Music Awards were released - a smorgasbord of genres, events, and talented folks within our local industry. Safe to say, it tickles our fancy.
With a whopping year behind her, it's no surprise to see pocket-rocket Tkay Maidza lead the nominations this year alongside the likes of Grenadiers, Bad//Dreems and Tom West. We are especially stoked to see some loving' for initiatives such as The Porch Session take out a nom too, after endless sold out events.
More fun news: The One & Three team are pumped to now announce we will be getting in and around the awards to give you our next feature video. Yes friends, South Australian Music Awards Feature Video. *squeals*
Wanna rub shoulders with the winners plus catch live sets from The Shaolin Afronauts, Sparkspitter, West Thebarton Brothel Party and SKIES? Be sure to grab your ticket to the official SAM Awards after party right here, right now. So many beers.
